James Ashton is currently an executive coach and corporate trainer focused on assisting professionals to achieve greater levels of success and fulfillment in their work. As a part of his practice, James also works as an LGBT market consultant to senior living and home care service companies in the Northeast region. Prior to this, James took a year in 2014 to care for his elderly parents, helping them to transition to assisted living. After this experience, James was motivated to learn more about eldercare and to begin dedicating some personal time to assisting isolated LGBT seniors in his community.
