Kathi Boyle has worked in a variety of human services over the past 38 years. She is currently serving as the coordinator of SAGE Western PA at PERSAD Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Previously, she has held positions as the Executive Director of the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force and of Sister’s Place, a program for homeless women and their children. Earlier in her career she was the Clinical Supervisor for POWER, a residential treatment program for women suffering from addiction and also served as the Clinical Supervisor for CASA, a sexual assault and domestic violence support center in Hagerstown, Maryland. While raising her two children and living in West Virginia, she was the Social worker for the Morgan County School district.
Ms. Boyle is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.
Ms. Boyle is an experienced trainer with a reputation for creating understanding through the use of stories and personal examples. In addition to her work with the National Resource Center, Kathi provides training for the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, and for PERSAD Center’s Huggins Institute.
