SAGE and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation have partnered to create the Long Term Care Equality Index (LEI).

The LEI will encourage and help long-term care communities to adopt policies and best practices that provide culturally competent and responsive care to LGBTQ+ older adults. SAGECare training will count towards the training component of the LEI. With a SAGECare Credential, your community will have a head start on participating in the LEI.
