SAGE and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation have partnered to create the Long Term Care Equality Index (LEI).

The LEI will encourage and help long-term care communities to adopt policies and best practices that provide culturally competent and responsive care to LGBT older adults. SAGECare training will count towards the training component of the LEI. With a SAGECare Credential, your community will have a head start on participating in the LEI.
